About Taylor’s Rest Orkney

We are Mike and Aileen Laing, proprietors of Buster’s Diner, Kirkwall which we have operated successfully since 2010. I, Mike Laing, am a veteran of the conflict in Afghanistan, having taken part in Operation Herrick with the Royal Air Force. Service causes are very close to our hearts and we want to give something back to those who bear the scars of their service to our nation.
